I have products existing associated with categories.
I would like to import the same products (same reference, name, etc) in other categories without deleting the association with existing categories.
When I try to import (update existing products), the previous association with categories are deleted.
What would you suggest to perform this ?

Thank you for your interest.
You have to add ids if the Categories that your products are assigned to as well as new ones, to be able to import the products correctly.
Also, you can submit feature request so our project manager could check and confirm that it could be added in future releases:
