If i will right click the image, i will not see the "change image" menu item, but i will see only "add image".
After that, when windows close and i try to right click again, i will see "change image" in the menu.

Replace of images, drag&drop of image.
It works fine for me.
I'm not sure that you have a bug.
First of all please check FTP queue
You need to have empty window after image upload. This mean - process was finished successfully
