I moved some products to a new category but they still appear in the new and old. None are listed in both in the category field and I cant seem to move them out of the old category.

Hi, Yes they are all showing in the correct category in Store Manager, just not on the website product pages. Even looking at the back office of website they are listed/associated in the correct category but they still show in the wrong one on the front pages.
