we need to download a csv file from HTTP link of our supplier. The download takes about 45 sec (file gets generated per request), but the timeout of magicone is about 30 sec... can you increase this time? or can you modify it in order to set it up manually? thanks

Hello, Alessandro!
Well, right now time-out value is constant.
You'll not be able to change this value manually.
As a quick decision - download file manually to PC and start the import.

Please vote for this suggestion if you want to speed up implementation.

Dear Sergiy,
the suggestion you gave is what we have been doing in the last two years.
as the matter of facts, we would use magicone with the automatic import and this process stops us from doing it.

Thanks for a reply, Alessandro.
Honestly, it was the first request according to fetch URL time-out.
Let's wait for users comments and votes to identify how many user have faced with this problem.
In this case, I'll try to reopen this task and discuss with our Dev. team.
