Hello, we have several inactive products in QuickBooks that appear available to order on the front end of PrestaShop version 1.5.4.1, we are running QuickBooks Add-on version 2.2.3.172.
I have tracked down one product in particular that disappears from the Product screen when I check the box to "Hide disabled products." It is Schott LA:SCH15x1.2. It looks just like my other Out Of Stock products with a strike-thru and 0 stock. However, this product is inactive in QuickBooks, and should not appear on the front end of the store: http://ustglass.com/index.php?id_category=57&controller=category.
Please, how can I easily disable and inactivate the inactive products in Store Manager and PrestaShop? We have been using the "Import Products from QuickBooks" feature to "sync" prices and inventory levels on a weekly basis.

QuickBooks Integration addon does not import a disabled products to the Store Manager and only active products can be updated while import.
Concerning the products with zero quantity. You can filter them with a header filter: http://screencast.com/t/Io5kuEk5 and disable with the Mass Product Changer at once: http://screencast.com/t/l6kCvuIr9clf

What about products that have zero quantity that are active in QuickBooks (that I should not disable)?
I am trying to understand how to differentiate between out-of-stock ACTIVE products and out-of-stock INACTIVE products in Store Manager, eliminating the hassle of checking each product status individually in QuickBooks.

The Store Manager and QuickBooks Integration allow to import all active products from QuickBooks to PrestaShop in spite of their quantities.
However inactive products will not be imported. So in order to import all products from QB to PrestaShop, you have to enable inactive products temporarily (in QB) and proceed with import.
