It would be great also to be able to manage meta data in store manager for WooCommerce, that are provided by this plugin: SmartCrawl by WPMU Dev.

To clarify, my request is not so much to do with this plugin specifically. It is to do with most plugins for WooCommerce (Wordpress). The plugins relate to products by using the DB table called "Postmeta".
If Store Manager could support the import of Postmeta data, then you will add the functionality to work with most plugins. The built in WooCommerce importer calls this "Custom Meta".
