Would it be possible to assign attributes in bulk to selected products in the main product browser?

Currently only possible to send custom email directly from users page, it would be great if there is an option to send an email from order page by simply clicking on the email address on the order each customer receive special instructions or additional information that are different from user to another

The program shows the notes of the order, but 'add a note' that can be found on web woocommerce is missing, so still need to go to web version to add that note. would be great if added
