I'm trying to import products via an xls file but keep getting the error -

Hello Karl,
You have to make sure that your have a MS Excel or OpenOffice Calc installed on your PC.
In case you have a spreadsheet editor installed on your PC and the issue remains you can submit a ticket here: http://support.emagicone.com/submit_ticket and provide us with your .xls file, so we could check it from our side.
