Delete order notes from suppliers or edit them

Hello I think we all have the same problem that is that when making a purchase order for a supplier sometimes we can fool ourselves but after it is done, it is no longer possible to change the template or even the creation of it, It would be nice to have the possibility to change the order data when necessary.
We do not always want the same products from the supplier, it would be nice to have the possibility to place an order to the supplier according to what we want, or change the theme we made, I think it was a big mistake to prestashop not to let the change and we did not even Delete the same already created I in my case had to delete via database which is dangerous and we can destabilize the complete system if we erase something more
