Wel, Store Manager works according to wooCommerce logics.
So you'll be able to see SKU on variation edit window.
All the same in store Manager - you'll be able to have a look at SKU on edit variation window.

Having to open another window to edit the SKU is time consuming, especially when you have many variations of a product to edit. I'm currently a Shop Manager for Presta user, in the Presta version it appears inline and you can easily move from line to line, without having to open another window.
Another feature that the Presta Version of Shop Manager has is the ability to apply one image to all the variations at once.
It would also be helpful to have the attribute dropdown list on the sorted in alphabetical order.
