Hello Ren,
Thanks for contacting us.
A1. Please make sure that you have applied changes from the Store Manager to your site. The PHP bridge or Store Manager connector connections work with the local copy of the database so they require synchronization with the live store. Press Ctrl+P or go to Tools - Post changes in order to see your edits live (see screenshot attached).
A2. This issue does not reproduce on our test stores. Also, we do not have similar reports from other users. We should investigate this issue on our side with your details. Please contact our support via email (contact@emagicone.com) or submit a ticket >
https://support.emagicone.com/submit_ticket
A3. Please specify - you can not import data from the file into correct categories? Could you provide a bit more details about this issue? By the way, here you can check the import guide >
https://woocommerce-manager.com/useful-articles/woocommerce-product-management/woocommerce-import-step-by-step-tutorial/
A4. You can create one sample customer and use it when creating orders in the Store Manager as a workaround. I will transfer your suggestion to our Techs so they could consider the implementation in the future. We also did not have reports from other users about POS issues. To let us investigate it, please contact our support via email or submit a ticket.
Your feedback is much appreciated. All next versions will have the new interface, so feel free to share your suggestions on how to improve the new appearance of the program
Look forward to hearing from you!
