If we understand you correctly, you're using a trial license of the Store Manager for PrestaShop, which allows to configure the User Roles and Rights as well as the purchased version: http://screencast.com/t/U7BHlTx4AiC

The only limitation of the trial version is the evaluation period - 30 days.
