[Possible BUG+Improvement] Delete product not in CSV images and Delete/Upload images queue when importing

I manage around 80000 products with Store Manager.

The BUG:

I always use "Add and modify" with "Product Name and Reference" and "Delete product not in CSV" option when updating my catalog.
I also keep "Skip images if product already has image" and "Delete product image before importing"
However, when I import, when Store Manager deletes product not in CSV and replaces their ID with new products the images doesn't get updated. It finds that the ID.jpg file is present and keeps it because the "Skip images if product already has image" is checked.
The result is that I have a new product with the id and the image of the old product deleted.

The Improvement:

The only fix I can do is to reimport everything without skipping any image (which is around 160.000 ftp queue between delete and reupload) But in all this time my store is completely without images, so my suggestion is (instead of doing a full delete first and then the full upload) to do alternate delete/upload for every single product so my other images are still visible in my site while the process occurs.

Another alternative for the improvement part is to completely skip the delete part and just upload the images, overwriting the existing ones. So the whole process won't be noticeable on the frontend.

Hello Giuseppe!
Thanks for detailed comment.

One more question: Have you tried to clear image cache?
See - Preferences window (F12 button) - Advanced Section.

ok, it's clear for me.
In this case could you provide us access to the store ?
(ini-file, you'll get it in Preference Window - Database connections - Save as ... )
and source CSV file for import.

please contact our support team and send ini and CSV through support chat.
Don't forget to mention about our ticket.

I can't provide access to live site for testing because has too much traffic and transaction to test there.
However you can simply create 2 csv of one line each, with different products, and try to import them using the "delete product not in csv" option and all the ones i said in my first post.
