Cart rules mass import

Since the program has great data import options, why can't you do a massive import of discount codes (cart rules)? The option to export these data is already built in.

I think it's a very interesting function to manage customer loyalty, adding the possibility of more in-depth management of the discount options offered. For example, send a discount code on a customer's birthday as a gift. If you have many customers, a massive import of coupons simplifies shipping and handling. Having to create them one by one is a waste of time and effort.
