I exported an order to quick books. I then deleted it in quick books. Now the wizard is blocking me from exporting the order a second time. How do I remove the flag?

Hello Ed.

You may delete the record for with ID 139 from "sm_qb_exported" database table.

This may be done from the Raw Table Editor which is built in the Store Manager for PrestaShop: http://screencast.com/t/XD828FhVEUg

If I use the quick books features to import the products from an excel file instead of through Store manager, will store manager recognize the items when I export the orders from prestashop to QB?

The Store Manager will define only those products that exist in PrestaShop database.

In order to synchronize orders with QuickBooks, PrestaShop database should contain all products that have been added to QuickBooks, otherwise orders will not be generated.

OK...I will export Prestashop products into an Excel spreadsheet and import the spreadsheet to QuickBooks. Then, when I sync the orders they will get generated in QuickBooks. Is that correct?

You can import your products to QuckBooks in any convenient way for you and then export orders from PrestaShop, however product names (from PrestaShop order) should match with QuickBooks product names.
