Adjustable fonts and colors / Theme Changes

There needs to be the ability to increase the font sizes and change the font color from the default grey color. The current theme for 3.4.0 is honestly pretty terrible on high end retina or 4K screens. The fonts are fuzzy and indistinct and much harder to see vs. the old versions of Store Commander which had a much more appealing theme that was significantly easier on the eyes.

We need the option of manually increasing font size and type and also the option of changing the theme colors - including the background for the the product categories and all navigation menus.
