I have been having trouble trying to change the position of some products. For some reason on some of the products the position is set to '0' for multiple products within the same category. Nothing I do changes the order of the products, I have tried sorting by grid position, I have tried moving each one using the 'up product position' or 'down product position' but they will not budge.

This happens for products even when they are in just a single category.

I have also tried importing new products and setting the product position value in the csv spreadsheet. When the new products are imported all the the position values are set as '0'.

This is really affecting how things appear in the store, I need to be able to control the product positions. Any suggestions would help.

Yes, we aware about the issue with product position. Please click at "Sort by grid position" button twice, in order to assign the sequential order to your products.

This bug will be fixed in the next release of the Store Manager, that will be available for download in a few days.
