just want to know, how to change the order of the products within the categories, coz in the regular backend of the shop it's not possible to change the order, when using a third-party tool to import the product.
Anybody with an idea?

Yes, you can change product order using the following navigation buttons: http://screencast.com/t/S3kO40Pq2cux
However please note, in case you products do not have the default positions (with no sequential order) you may click at: "Sort by grid position" button first and them use "Move Up" and "Move Down" buttons.
