At the moment we are working on a new Store Manager for Shopify and it is developed as a 64-bit app and will support large int IDs.
Wanted to mention that the issue occurred since you installed the 'custom order numbers by the woocomerce' plugin.
We welcome other users to join this request if they are using large IDs so we could consider it in the future.
