I believe this would be a great feature if Store Manager for Prestashop could handle customer carts (I would definitely use it). Options would be delete abandoned carts, convert carts to orders (selecting payment method), etc.

Yes, and if it can be possible to put an abandoned cart back to an active cart for the customer (some of mine asked for it), it would be wonderful !
