Ability to import multilingual attributes and values

This is basic for any multilingual shop heavily relying on attributes to describe items. Currently, it is possible to import almost any field in different languages by mean of a CSV import. However, multilingual attributes and its values are not currently supported in Prestashop Manager product import: you are stuck with the default language, so you're forced to manually translate values after import. This is impractical or plain impossible when you have constantly changing attributes, or a high number of them.

The suggestion is to allow a new multilanguage import field per attribute and per language in the product import wizard, named this way: Attribute group: attribute_name(language). For example: Attribute group: product_format(DE).

I'm not sure about next Release, David.
According to our development plan we want to implement:
1. PrestaShop Cloud support
2. Advanced Stock Management - some enhancements
3 Some fixes and improvements.

So, it's better to add this task to Release #3
Estimated time - in the middle of autumn. (I hope) :-)
