Thank you for your post.
The Store Manager has built in Product Combination Generator: http://screencast.com/t/RCLRGAmTh9MW allowing to add combinations to multiple products.
Simply select the products you need (using Ctrl key) or all products (Ctrl+A) and generate the combinations you need.
