Problems uploading products, no sincro

Hello i have the "prestashop manager" 30 days demo installed, i am working in a mac and working from VMware emulating software, i have created a Bridge connection, the connection was fine and the import of the products and store connection was ok, the problem start when i have created new products in Prestashop manager, i click in "register changes" button, and changes are not done in the website.

I am quite frustated. i have created many new products in store manager and now i can not to upload in the online store.

any suggestion,

You should check your sitemap and you'll see all categories leading to your products.

We can see only 1 category at the home page, even after clearing cache. You have to check it with your website template developer.

changes in the prestashop manager are not reflected in my online store
I have created new categories in dashboard and when i did sincro with prestashop manager, the 2 new products created in "prestashop manager" where deleted.

You have to make sure that your performe Get Data from Web in Store Manager when you make chages in back-end and Post Changes after you make changes in Store Manager.
We've checked your database connection and it seems to work fine.
