I like to import the customer csv-file, but I can't import the fields with the number 21 and 22 . I think it would be fine I could add my one databasefields in additional the one you suggested or you modify your suggested database fields.

Hello Frank!
Could you provide source CSV file for testing ?
I didn't quite catch - what did you mean - number 21, 22 ?
is it row of file or cell value ?

I send you the csv file and a screenshot from the import assistant. The number 21 is date of register and 22 is date of update.
Pardon, it's still not clear for me...
have you faced with issue of Gender type import ? Mr - Ms with multilanguage?
I'll ask you in private email... please check...

Dear Sergiy,
first I export the customer with the assistant of store manager. This I do for my present shop and a for new shop. I checked the names of the database fields in the csv-files . (Customer ID, Gender, Name.......) The fieldnames in the old and the new Version of prestashop are the same.
Then I like to import the old customers in the new version of Prestashop.
I open the import assistant and what happend: The gender ( number 2) the date of register (Number 21) and the date of update (Number 22) isn't found on the left side of the database fields.
The gender field (Geschlecht) I can found on the left side and I can assign the column 2 to the database field Gender (Geschlecht)
But my problem is the column wit the number 21 and 22 - I can't generate a database field for that.
I hope you could understand what I mean.
Best regards
Frank

Hello Frank,
As we remember you have faced with following issues :
1. Import of Gender ;
2. Import of registration date and update date ;
Results of our discovering:
1. Import gender issue I can not reproduce from our side with your base (gender import correctly from our side as you can see on this video - http://screencast.com/t/Mt8mRRFC ) ;
2. As I wrote in my previous email import of dates as registration date and update date it is not correctly to recreated customers with wrong creation or registration and updated date as our and presta logic.
Few words about logic -
- registration date will be set only once, when string is created
- updated date will be set only, when string is updated

Hello Vitaliy,
1. Import of Gender: No Problem, I could solve it like you do. At first, I was a little bit surprised, because every number was in raw, except Gender (Number 2: it appear after 20)
2. Import of registration and updated date: I can' solve it in the same way, because there isn't a database field showed. I can't allocate the registration and update date. This is what I like, how could I generate a database field with the name registration and update date?
I think the creation of the dates will be correct, because it' s the new prestashop 1-6-1-2 I installed and the files I sent you are original from the new prestashop. Nobody works on it.
1. Good to hear that you solved your issue. Note, issue related with translation of this field. If would like to see correct mapping then you have to rename Gander column as - Geschlecht in your *.csv file;
2. Import of registration and updated date: as solution for you we can create correct registration and updated dates with Custom SQL statement for additional fee.

Hello Vitaliy,
1. Geschlecht is the german name for Gender. And my prestashop is installed in the german version.
2. Why is the import of the correct registration and updated date a custom solution? I think all other user should have the same problem because I didn't modify the prestashop.
Best regards
Frank

According to registration and updated date for customers.
It's very interesting suggestion for manual tuning of database or transfer data from one store to another.
