PS allows to have different prices per combination per shop, like this:

Shop B: attr1-attr2-attr3 : 7€
There is an issue now when having "all shops" selected in the dropdown in this scenario: all combinations show grouped by attributes with the price from default shop instead of showing grouped by attributes & price (like this we can see the different prices configured for the same combination).

I'm afraid we'll not be able to add this suggestion in this Release.
Right now we are working on PrestaShop Cloud support for Store Manager.
