It looks like you have performed Get Data from Web before Posting Changes to Web that has erased the pending batch data and there are no data to Post.
You can check if there is some data to Post opening your Pending Batch Data: http://screencast.com/t/KL4t4nYosYkB
You have to Get Data from Web every time before you've started making changes in the Store Manager and Post Changes to Web once you're done.
