Thank you for your reply.
Please try to connect with Putty first and after that with Store Manager. Also, please try to specify the hostname or ip instead of Localhost
We should also mention, that it is a public forum, that means that all data is accessible for all our customers, so we'd recommend you to remove the Post and continue the conversation via e-mails
