Hello Bakir!
You are right, this is very useful feature.
We are going to implement this option in our future Releases.
All the same was implemented in another version of our programs.
This is the question of time.
We'll go in this direction

Please vote for this suggestion to speed up of implementation! :-)

This feature will be implemented in 2015
Right now we are working on Store Manager for Magento Enterprise Edition.
Good news for you:
there are 2 variants for this suggestion

var.1- Contextual assign of products to the categories
----------------------
watch video example - http://screencast.com/t/70rOb8yu

var2 - Copy-Paste method
-----------------------
here it is video example http://screencast.com/t/YYteLSrV
Ctr+ C - copy all selected products
Ctr + V - paster all products into category

Just a little request: when drag and drop, the focus go in destination category but it's usefull to remain in the source category near the last managed row

Hello again!
I've just returned from vacation and ready to start improvements : -)

You told before: "Just a little request: when drag and drop, the focus go in destination category but it's usefull to remain in the source category near the last managed row"

Could you explain in details what do you want to implement ?
Do you want to save focus position on source, but this category should be in new position. Right ?

See screenshots - before and after drag-n-drop
