Store Manager can not work with 2 MySQL databases using one connection configuration. If you make changes to 1 MySQL database you will not be able to move to another one via 1-mouse click. though for such purposes Store Manager can use bridge connection, this means that you can perform changes in local database and once changes are done you can post to your remote MySQL database. Please, note that local database can not be installed on your server, it is saved on your PC.
