Dear Sirs,

I'm reporting some troubles using the Store Diagnostic tool of MSM...

I have for sure a couple of items which do not have images at all, and I know for sure there are some images which were left on the web from recently deleted products.

Since I do not know how many other times this happened in the last period, I wanted to use the tool to identify the articles I know of and other which I might have left behind...

The problem is the tool does not recognize any problem at all, and sometimes it gives me some unespected errors too (without any further explanation).

I'm enclosing a printscreen of the results of a complete check, for you to see, and I would like to know how it might be that I'm not getting ANY result.

P.S. Should you need an English version of the screen, just let me know, so I can make it again using English language file...

As we can see from provided screen-capture, some issues occurred while Store Diagnostic was running.
Please clarify what Store Manager version do you use. In case the issue remains with newest version (2.21), please submit a ticket at:
http://support.emagicone.com/submit_ticket
so we could check the it from our side.

the version we are using is v2.19.1 b1095 which is the latest one we might use.

We cannot use the v2.21 as you ask, as our "upgrade grace period" has expired.

This feature was anyway supposed to be present and working in our version.

Should we open another ticket, or may we get the answer here ?

Please provide us with Store Manager logs (you can find log files at Start/All programs/eMagicOne/Store Manager for Magento/Application data/Logs) so we could check it from our side.

We should mention, that according to our policy, we do provide support for latest version of Store manager only, so we'd recommend you to order update service and install newest version

Also, we'd recommend you to open a ticket, since it is a public forum and all information that may be provided here is accessible for all our customers.
