Nice question but it is not possible. Magento and PrestaShop are totally different in their internal structure as well as features that are available (I mean Shopping Cart features).
in case you need 2 stores, I would recommend to use multi store functionality of Magento or PrestaShop. Or in case those are 2 stores for 2 separate companies, you can setup them separately and use 2 applications on one PC.
