Been having that problem for weeks. Have asked support a few times what the problem is, never get a reply that makes any sense. Good luck, and if you figure it out, please share the solution here with all of us.

Please let us know what type of connection do you use. In case you use bridge connection, please download newest version of bridge file from attachment, replace it at your server, update username and password and Perform Get data from Web at Store manager.
If you are using direct connection, please provide us with your store connection configuration (check if you need to add our IP) via e-mail, so we could check issue for you.
