We do not have the exact amount of votes which can guarantee the feature implementation. The number of votes helps us to indicate the popularity of the task and to consider it's implementation behind the schedule. The development team can consider the suggestion, when it gets around 20-30 votes and comments (still, they do not guarantee the feature realization).
