Import of Orders will be available in Store Manager for Magento Enterprise Edition.
You'll be able to upgrade from PRO to Enterprise version in this year. :-)

I am looking forward to this feature. When moving our dev database to the live area sometimes orders are missing. With this extra option we can keep all the customer data in Magento.
