It is easier for user to view them in a single page rather than finding them one by one.

First of all, Special price is available in the Grid Menu - see sctreenshot.
Good news for you!
All another attributes will be included with help of our new Add\Remove attributes window.
This option will be available in next Release of Store Manager for Magento
