The execution time of applicataion depends on Magento settings and server hardvare + bandwidth

We have tested your connection.
It seems we have problem with server response for every request.
For example from 1-2 sec for one request and 3-6 sec for another request.
We need to investigate this issue deeply.
Could you give us FTP access to server. We need to test issu manually.
