Our quickbooks enterprise offers "Advanced Inventory" where you can select different warehouses or inventory sites within quickbooks. Store Manager only allows you to import totals from all sites. I am just recommending a way to be able to select which warehouse inventory you want to display on your website. You will see for instance in this company file, we have several warehouses available in quickbooks, but we only need the website to show the inventory we have "IN HOUSE" and not include the other locations.
