put indexing & image regeneration request into background when creating a associate product

Ah sorry, it was just a screenshot showing the processing going through. I was creating some shoes from a configurable produce with about 10 sizes yesterday & it took about 1 minute to regenerate the image etc which doesn't seem long but when there are lots to do it adds up.

Be great if the process could be moved to the background then I could keep going with the workflow
