Hi,
I am sitting in Australia on a Sunday in 40 degree heat after paying $140AU for software that is not interfacing Prestashop to Ebay successfully. So please forgive me but I am a little cranky.
The specific issues are:
- there is no drop down option under Business Policies except NOT SELECTED even though policies are setup on my companyies user id. This is the case for all three policies - payment,shipping and return. Logging out, reconnecting the internet, refreshing the BP list - nothing works to refresh the list of available policies!
- Item Condition = No Condition. All my items are set up as New. Why is there no other option in the drop down list other than "No Condition" ???
