Now, when you finish order and print. windows stay idle. Should be good if it be ready open and ready for new entry.

Thanks for suggestion, Andre!
Are you talking about auto-open option for POS window? Am I right ?

Right now you have 2 options -
1 - create order without window hiding
2 - create order with hide option after printing

As a quick decision - you'll be able to use option 1 and print all orders as selected orders - see screenshots,

Hi.

question is about second option
2 - create order with hide option after printing

Could you describe what happens with detail after you click or (f12) ?

I understand it creates (in background) the order but I do not mean that. I mean what I can see with my own eyes.

For var.2 You'll be able to sava invoice as PDF or print it.

Hi,
No, you didn't answer my question. You instead mislead it.
Your video example shows but you complete demises it. (48 second) You passed my point.
I didn't request what happening after press F12. I just want to create other order of sale. What I wish it kind windows resets of the original state. Making easy for new entry.
Not hide window. Let window open for next entry.
I have a busy brick n mortar store and people are lined up to pay me. I use Quick-books POS. Your software should works fast like Quickbooks POS.

Hello Andre!
According to your question - directly:
Right now when F12 was pressed by you - new modal window will be shown with question: "Cancel order and POS"
Really, before F12 print order will be created by pos in Background.
When you click on Yes Cancel - POS window will be closed but order will be created in this case.
It looks misunderstood in tthe text of itle.
This fix was added to our current development plan.
I hope this problem will be solved soon.

There are 2 variants here for auto-hide window.
to give option to choose how to operate with window according to you preferences
var-1 - check box with autosave method with option - Autohide window - yes\ no
var 2 - Preference window - Advanced option - with POS setting - don't close POS after creation - yes \ no

Well, I've got meeting with our development team about this implementation.
It's better to implement the following veriant.
2 buttons on POS window.
button 1 - Create order and close - ( it was before)
button 2 - Create order - ( new button. You'll create order but POS window will be stay on top all time and ready for next order)

I guess this variant is easy understand :-)

Here it is mockup - see screenshot.

Please note, I'm afraid we'll not be able to implement in the current Release.
According to our Development plan we are working on import of orders in Magento Store Manager.
I'll be able to update this suggestion after official Release. :-)

Do you think it is total safe to change POS systems?

He needs 3 computer screens at his store. I do not sure if he uses bridge or tunnel.

Tunnel should be better but it is very slow.

Hello Andre!
I'm not familiar with your client's POS.
It's hard to compare those products for me.

But I recommend to use direct connection for POS operation.
What's the difference - read this article - https://support.emagicone.com/231099-Database-connection-Direct-Bridge-Direct-Connection-through-HTTP-Tunnel-What-is-the-difference

and one more - https://www.mag-manager.com/useful-articles/quick-start-guide/php-mysql-bridge-connection-settings/

It's better to use bridge connection if you need to operate with huge amount of information (large product import , modification of products in bulk)

You'll be able to run POS for 3 PC. It's better to have direct connection to synchronize current data.
It's bad practice to use bridge connection for such example. In this case you need to synchronize data every time.

So, I recommend direct connection only.

Please note, you need to buy additional license for 1 PCs - https://www.mag-manager.com/order/

You'll get Bundle when Magneto PRO version of Store Manager was purchased (Primary License + Additional license)
So we have
1+1 = bundle
1 Additional license.
------
3 licenses

You've asked : "it has 12 Thousand products."

It's not so huge amount for Store Manager operation. :-)
