I have a Norwegian shop, and when I export and import products, the letters æ ø and å doesn't show properly. Not in the exported csv file, and not in the magento shop when imported. Is there a way for me to use this function avoiding this problem?

Can you please provide us with your store connection configuration (you can save it at Preferences[F12]/Actions.../Save current configuration) via e-mail (since this is a public forum -so everyone could find your reply on-line), so we could check what caused the issue for you since, Store Manager should handle special characters correctly.
