When customers create orders from the website front end and checkout as a guest, their order will not sync to quickbooks unless we manually set a name for the customer in the account information portion of the order. Can you make it so it syncs using billing name instead? To manually set customer names for guest is a lot of manual work. Attached is a picture of the order are that must be changed for the sync to work correctly.
