We are considering setting this up with our Magento store. The only concern I have is we won't want everyone who can use all the features. Is it possible to configure your program so that someone can simply access the certain features only unless they have a password/login to be an admin?
Such as
Admin - Has full access
Product uploads can only use product editor and imports/exports
Shipping Department - Only can view and print orders
etc..

In order to enable it, you should use special option at the top. After that you can set your own users and permissions - view , edit sections or restrict some of them completely. Those users will have their own login information to access Store Manager with limited privileges.
Please keep a copy of Admin passwords somewhere to be able to find it in case it is lost. In order to revoke access, you will need to remove access management and start from the very beginning.

Actually, you can see, when the product was updated - check Updated at, but there is no way to detect when the product was deleted and what user managed it
