As a quick decision: use special attributes as a marker.
Option 1: Please choose any attribute and set any value in Expression - during the import.
Don't forget to turn on attribute presentation for the Product grid - "Sho additional attributes on the grid"
this option is available for PRO \ Enterprise version of Store Manager.
Option 2: Try to change CSV file before import - for example - modify date or add date
When import will be executed you'll be able to filter imported product by column in the Product Grid.

That's not really working for me, we are working with 7 different suppliers.
If there is an function to delete products from the file it will work al lot faster then your way.
