Allow Quickbooks product mapping via Excel or CSV file instead of drop down menu

My business had more than 8000 SKUs before I migrated to Magento. When I've tried to create the link between Magento Store Manager and QuickBooks, the products are listed in a tiny drop-down list of 8000 names. What's worse, is that once I pick a name, it doesn't go away. So for every single product link that needs to be made, I have to attempt to scroll through the 8000 product names. The automatic matching features only picks up a few hundred products, so it doesn't really help.

For people who've migrated and aren't starting fresh, the QuickBooks add-on is unusable. If you had a way to do the link matching via an excel or csv file, it would really help.
