Integrate Google Translator API features

Integrate the Google Translate API to translate the catalog, attributes and meta tags. There is already a plugin that does this work on magento, but working online is very slow and you need to switch between different views. If it were possible to translate the catalog offline and then send it to the DB would work much faster. Everything should be done in an automatic way, by associating to each view a default language and then translate the catalog in one click.
It would take a card inside which enter the credentials of Google and the Google Translate API API as there are free and paid. If you use those for a fee I can assure you that, thanks to scientific and technical vocabularies translations are really good.
