Using Store Manager, I have exported all of our products to a CSV file. I have then edited the URL Key and URL Path for most products and then imported these changes into Store Manager. I have then uploaded these changes to our website.
However, when I look at an example product in Magento, it is still showing the old URL.
Is there another step required to be able to modify the URLs?

Please let us know what Magento version you are using.
In case issue occurred on Magento 1.7.x, please contact us via e-mail and provide us with your store connection configuration (you can save it at Preferences[F12] / Actions / Save current configuration), import configuration (you can save it at the last step of import wizard), .csv file and admin access to your store, so we could check what caused the issue for you.
