I'm currently running an image import to add photos to some 26k+ products within our SM account (optimized and small file size for web). The FTP process to upload them to the server has been running since Saturday afternoon. Is there any way to make this process of FTP tasks more efficient? Am I missing something somewhere? SM has been a terrific product and hopefully we can figure out this little hiccup.
I greatly appreciate anyone's time/effort to reply.

Please try to increase 'Max FTP threads' at FTP tab and try to upload images once again:
If the issue still remains, please submit a ticket at:
and provide us with Store Manager logs to check (you can find log files at Start/All programs/eMagicOne/Store Manager for Magento/Application data/Logs)
