Stock automation across single products and the same products being sold as a kit

I sell products on ebay as well as a website.
The way ebay works it is better for me to have multiple listings rather than 1 listing with multiple options.

I sell wheel nuts as singles or in sets of 4 or 16,
If I have 40 single wheel nuts,
Can I get it so that It will automatically show, and adjust quantities as they sell,

Example:
In stock
40 singles
10 sets of 4
2 sets of 16

If I sell 1 set of 16 nuts can I set it to adjust the stock automatically to:
Stock
24 singles
6 sets of 4
1 set of 16

Description wise, I have the nuts listed for say a MINI and an MG so effectively there are 6 listings which all need to sync,
