On catalog generation, there is option to add a barcode, but there is no option to pull data from product_gtin field. It would be mandatory to have this field for barcode generation.

Thanks for a comment. Right now this option is not included in PDF Catalog Creator.
As a quick decision you can use custom report generator - BarCode report - see screenshot in ViruteMart Store Manager.

Thank you for your vote. We will implement the feature ( I'm talking about product_gtin field on barcode generation ) in the next release of PDF creator. We will get back to you for more details about the feald when we will work on the relese.
The release is scheduled on early fall due to the low volume of requests for further changes from customers who have ordered PDF creator addon.
We will keep track of further requests and will consider rescheduling the release for earlier date in case more new features are highly demanded.
